·         The system and accessories, when expiring, should be disposed safely according to related national regulations. The lithium battery in the computer should be replaced by service engineer or its authorized agent.

·         In clinic, it is safe to use low-sound-power ultrasonic waves. The safety performance under high sound power and long-time irradiation is still not known. Therefore, as much care as possible should be taken in application of ultrasonic waves to patients. Only low sound power can be used, and the patient irradiation time should be reduced to the minimum. According to the principle of ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable), the transmitted energy should be reasonable and as low as possible.

·         In hospitals, both doctors and patients may contact dangerous and uncontrollable compensating current, which is produced by potential difference between connecting systems and conductive parts prone to be touched in the ward. The most reliable solution to this problem is to use continual iso-potential connection. This medical system should be connected to the iso-potential connection grid of the ward via a connection joint with an angular socket.

·         Do not dip the probe line or connector into solvent. Even though the probe surface has a waterproof layer (IPX7), it is limited to the head part, so care should be taken in ultrasonic coupling agent application and cleaning and sterilization of the probe surface.

 

·        Cut off the system power supply before probe replacement and connection so as to prolong the service lives of the system and the probes.

·         In system self-inspection, if error messages is given on the screen, cut off the power supply immediately and contact your local agent or the manufacturer after-sale service department.
